The Upper Bohn South Vineyard is located within the Napa Valley AVA and within close proximity to the Upper Bohn Lake. The vineyard is 150 acres and planted to cabernet.
The Upper Bohn South Vineyard produces exceptionally high quality cabernet as a result of its high elevation (1,200 feet) and well drained red volcanic soils. The steeper terrain of Upper Bohn South provides for robust air movement limiting frost pressure and improved air circulation to control humidity.
